President

Remy has a son in TK at Naples and a daughter in sixth at Rogers. She has served on the board since 2017 as Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and President

Executive Vice President

Dana is mom to Daisy (3rd) and JJ (1st). Originally from Chicago, Dana came to California to get her Ph.D at UC Irvine. She is currently a business school professor at Pepperdine. She loves the outdoors, traveling, and being in and by the water.

Vice President of Programs

Kim has 3 kids at Naples—TK, 2nd, and 4th. This is her second year on the board and has served as room parent each year!

Vice President of Fundraising

Laura has two boys at Naples-2nd and 5th grades. She has been on the PTA board since 2018. Laura loves being a part of her kids experience at our wonderful school.

Treasurer

Laura has one child at Naples, Jack who is in 4th grade and a Naples Alumni, Madeline, a 7th grader at Rogers Middle.

Historian

Hans and Alicia Velasco have two daughters at Naples - 2nd and 4th grade. This is their first year serving on the Naples PTA Board and they are so excited to contribute to the success of Naples Elementary.

Financial Secretary

Hans works in product development for an electronics consumer brand and Alicia is Planning Director for the City of Cypress. They live in Belmont Shore and love spending free time walking their two dogs and hanging out with friends and family.

Room Parent Coordinator

Irene has one daughter at Naples who is in Kindergarten and another daughter in preschool who will be a future dolphin. She was a Room Parent last year and is excited to be on the board this year.

Social Media

Cara has a 2nd grader at Naples. This is her first year on the board, and she served as a room parent last year.

Recording Secretary

Ligaya has a 5th grader at Naples. This is her 2nd year on the board. Ligaya is an industrial supplies account manager and is an avid paddler. Her family loves to spend time camping and enjoying the water. She is honored to help Naples Bayside in her last year at the school!
